We’re making some changes!

As of July 26, 2024 we have transitioned software to improve your booking experience! The new process to book classes or private sessions will be largely the same, however, existing clients will need to take different actions based on if you have an active package or not.

ACTIVE PACKAGES
If you had unused classes in a package as of July 26, 2024 your account and package have been migrated over to our new software. To get access to your new account, you'll need to do the following:

  1. Using the same email you used with your previous account, reset your password here.

  2. From that point on, all bookings and purchases will be done directly on our website under the "GET YOUR FIX" tab on the menu.

  3. You will need to add a card for payment.

NO ACTIVE PACKAGES
If you do not have any classes remaining in a package, please do the following when you’re ready to book another class or session with us:

  1. Create a new account on our website here.

  2. Visit the “GET YOUR FIX” section of our website to book future group classes or sessions.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL

  • If you were booked into a class that happens after July 26, 2024, we will manually add your class into the system on July 26, 2024. If you do not see your booking in the new system by the evening of July 26, 2024, please reach out by phone, text, or email.

  • The new booking system does not have an app but is mobile friendly through our website.
